Radiation Therapist (Per Diem)

Key Responsibilities

Radiation therapists are responsible for administering daily radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians while maintaining treatment machines and schedules. They work as part of an integrated oncology team to ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and precise tumor localization.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an approved radiation therapy program and hold a valid Connecticut State Radiographer’s License. Additionally, ARRT certification in radiation therapy is required to perform the duties of this role.
