Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ozark, Missouri.
What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help patients improve their independence, safety, and ability to participate in the activities that matter most to them.
Your responsibilities will include:
Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide skilled OT interventions
Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy staff, and other members of the care team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Current Missouri OT license or eligibility
NBCOT certification
