Ashland, MO
Looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can use your clinical skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and have a schedule that works for you?
Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ashland, Missouri.
What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients improve their independence and ability to participate in everyday activities through individualized, skilled therapy.
Responsibilities include:
Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions
Address functional mobility, ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and other occupational performance needs
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve safety and independence
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the care team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license
NBCOT certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Previous rehabilitation experience preferred
