Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for providing direct personal care and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients within a structured environment. They will document clinical observations, facilitate rehabilitative groups, and assist patients with activities of daily living.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least six months of experience working with the relevant population. CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications are required, with training provided upon hire.
