Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist will deliver comprehensive respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations, including managing ventilators and performing diagnostics. They will also serve as a lead or charge therapist to guide workflow and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in respiratory care and possess a current Illinois RT license or obtain one within six months. Required certifications include BLS, with NRP and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
