Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to residents in an assisted living setting. They are also responsible for documenting progress, supervising assistants, and collaborating with the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current license in the state of practice. Strong clinical competency, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of regulatory standards are required.
