- This position entails working at our outpatient San Gabriel location and inpatient at Garfield Medical Center, Alhambra Medical Center, and San Gabriel Valley Medical Center.
- We are seeking candidates who are passionate about cardiology and providing patient-centered care! We are open to APPs without prior cardiology experience or experienced providers!

Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage cardiovascular conditions in both clinic and hospital settings. They will collaborate with cardiologists and the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate transitions of care.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold an active, unrestricted California license. Prior experience in cardiology or internal medicine is preferred, and bilingual proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is strongly desired.
