About Global Psychological

Global Psychological is an educational services organization dedicated to helping schools, educators, and students succeed. We partner with schools to provide comprehensive special education and related services, supporting students while helping school teams create effective learning environments.

Unlike traditional school-year contract positions, our clinicians are permanent W-2 members of the Global Psychological team. We believe in providing consistent professional support, meaningful collaboration, and the resources our employees need to grow throughout their careers.

About the Role

We're seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing team, primarily in full-time positions, supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs in the school setting.

As an SLP with Global Psychological, you'll provide individualized speech and language services, evaluate student needs, and collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success. In addition to direct therapy, you'll have opportunities to consult with teachers and school staff, contribute to IEP development, and help implement strategies that support communication and learning throughout the school environment.

We offer full-time opportunities with both in-person and virtual service delivery options depending on the assignment. Part-time opportunities may also be available for select positions.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs through assessments and ongoing progress monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related-service providers to support students' educational goals.
  • Consult with school personnel and families regarding strategies to support communication and student development.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches based on individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Coordinate services with school teams and support compliance with special education and Medicaid documentation requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship (CF).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of employment.
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Knowledge of K-12 special education requirements and IEP processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective relationships with school teams.
  • Proficiency with technology, documentation systems, and web-based applications.

Why Work With Global Psychological?

As a permanent W-2 employee, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package and professional resources designed to support your personal and professional well-being.
