Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within a home health setting. They are responsible for providing clinical treatment, coordinating care with office staff, and training caregivers to enhance patient performance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a current state-issued professional license. Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred, along with CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
