Key Responsibilities
The specialist will manage patient admissions and intake services while responding to telephone inquiries regarding mental health care. They are also responsible for registering outpatients and ensuring all medical paperwork complies with hospital and regulatory policies.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma with 2 years of experience, an associate's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree in Social Service is required, and previous behavioral health intake experience is highly preferred.
