As a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care in the environments where children thrive. Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Pediatric experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required
