Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Advisor provides direct patient care to psychiatric and chemically dependent patients while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. They work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to monitor patient behaviors, de-escalate crises, and document clinical information.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. At least one year of experience in social services is required, along with the ability to pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training.
