• Starting Pay: $48,960

annualized (for unlicensed Therapist) $55,080 annualized (Associate Level Therapist) $71,400 annualized (Independent Level Therapist) Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field.

At time of hire, must be actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Must be licensed within six (6) months of hire. Excellent
