Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time | On-Site Core Medical Center Blue Springs, MO & Overland Park, KS

Compensation: $23.00–$38.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, availability, and licensure

Core Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing rehabilitation team.

This is an on-site position working under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor patient performance and response to treatment.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists.
• Educate patients on prescribed home exercise programs.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Preferred

• Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience.
• Workers' compensation or occupational medicine experience.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
