- Compensation: $40.00–$60.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, availability, and licensure
Core Medical Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is an on-site position providing evidence-based rehabilitation services for patients recovering from work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Our therapists work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, occupational therapists, physical therapist assistants, and rehabilitation staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
Develop individualized plans of care.
Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise instruction.
Treat patients with workers' compensation, occupational medicine, personal injury, and general orthopedic conditions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Collaborate with referring providers and the rehabilitation team.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Educate patients regarding recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
Eligible to obtain licensure in both states if needed.
Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
Preferred
Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
Workers' compensation or occupational medicine experience.
Functional rehabilitation or return-to-work experience.
