Relief Pharmacist (Part-Time / PRN) - Armitage Pharmacy, Logan Square, Chicago
$60 to $65 per hour, based on experience
Part-time, as-needed shifts with flexible scheduling. Option to grow into regular part-time or full-time hours.

About the Role
We need a licensed Illinois pharmacist to cover shifts on a relief (PRN) basis. You will run the pharmacy during your shift: verify and dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, supervise technicians, and keep controlled substance records in order.
Responsibilities
Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely
Counsel patients on medications, side effects, storage, and interactions
Supervise pharmacy technicians and daily workflow
Maintain compliance with Illinois Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and HIPAA requirements
Handle controlled substance recordkeeping and inventory
Give immunizations (certification preferred)
Work with prescribers and insurance plans to resolve issues
Qualifications
Active Illinois pharmacist license (RPh) in good standing (required)
Pharm. D. or B. S. Pharm.
Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
Immunization certification a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Reliable, patient-first, comfortable in a busy independent pharmacy
