Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker will conduct developmental screenings and assessments for children aged birth to three as part of a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IFSP) and creating therapeutic activities to support child development.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with infants and toddlers and hold a valid Social Worker license in Massachusetts. Additionally, a valid pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required, along with reliable transportation for home visits.
