Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver personalized physical therapy treatment programs to clients in their homes to restore mobility and independence. Collaborate with the therapy supervisor and healthcare team to track progress and ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and current Michigan licensure. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift and position clients.
