Join Intermountain Health as a Social Worker – Pediatric Epilepsy, M-F in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is an exciting opportunity to join our outpatient social work care management team in a new position! In this role you will work with pediatric patients seen in the Complex Epilepsy Clinic at Primary Children's.

Work Schedule

Provide emotional and practical support to pediatric patients in the Complex Epilepsy Clinic through psychosocial assessments and resource connection. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address behavioral health needs and remove barriers to medical care.
Requirements
Requires a Master of Social Work (MSW) and current state licensure (CSW/LCSW). Candidates must possess strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency, with BLS certification required for community visits.
