Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist will deliver life-support, resuscitation, and medical gases therapy to critical care patients in the Intensive Care Units. They are also responsible for performing diagnostic procedures and maintaining accurate documentation of patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate of Science degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program and be registered with the National Board of Respiratory Care. A current Michigan state license is required, and two years of recent experience in a tertiary hospital is preferred.
