The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive evidence-based treatment to patients at the Family Medical Center of Hart County. They will coordinate patient-centered care while building integral relationships with physician partners to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current or pending physical therapy license and be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Additionally, they must be CPR certified.
