Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and administer medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within a home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating care with families, maintaining clinical records, and participating in quality improvement programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. A valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting twenty-five pounds are required.
