Key Responsibilities
The Respite Float Physician will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients experiencing homelessness in a compassionate, patient-centered manner. They will coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team, document clinical decisions in the EMR, and address social determinants of health to promote wellness.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with at least three years of experience in Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine. Applicants are required to hold active Arizona licensure, board certification, and Basic Life Support certification.
