Join Community Medical and Dental Care Inc as a Occupational Therapist – Pelvic Floor, Flexible Schedule in Monsey, New York, United States. Community Medical and Dental Care, a non-profit community health center located in Rockland County, NY, is hiring a Occupational Therapist specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Help patients regain physical functioning and independence through therapeutic exercise, biofeedback, manual therapy, and lifestyle modifications.
- Evaluate therapy results by observing, noting, and assessing patient progress; recommend and implement necessary adjustments to the plan of care.
Requirements
- Current NY State Occupational Therapy license (Required) Demonstrated experience or certification in Pelvic Floor Therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss sensitive health topics with empathy and professionalism.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $60 - $78/hr
- PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
