About the Opportunity

PopUp Smiles is seeking experienced, Iowa-licensed Registered Dental Hygienists to support our upcoming Dental Days in Bondurant, Iowa.

We bring high-quality dental care directly to workplaces and communities through fully equipped mobile dental clinics. We're looking for compassionate, confident hygienists who enjoy providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Assignment Details
• Dates: November 9–13, 2026
• Actual work location: Bondurant, IA (Greater Des Moines Area); posting location: Des Moines, IA
• Compensation: $60–$65 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-week and partial-week availability considered

Travel and accommodations: Local hygienists are encouraged to apply. Travel assistance and hotel accommodations may be available for qualified out-of-area providers, including those available for as few as two assignment days, subject to prior approval.

• Clinical Responsibilities
• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Provide scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Perform laser-assisted periodontal treatment when properly trained and authorized
• Conduct periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Iowa dental hygiene license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Professional liability insurance as required for the assignment
• Strong periodontal treatment and patient education skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a mobile dental environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
