Occupational Therapist- Flex/PRN- Outpatient

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist confirms physician referrals, performs patient assessments, and plans/implements individualized treatment programs based on age and diagnosis, coordinating care with the healthcare team. Responsibilities also include documenting patient records, supervising COTAs, and participating in departmental and professional activities.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and be licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia. AHA BLS certification is required within six months of employment, and effective interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory.
