Key Responsibilities

Provides case management support to clients and their families in person, over the phone, through use of text messaging and in the community.

Understands MDFT model and uses concepts when appropriate to aid clients in understanding and managing their symptoms and their recovery.

Maintains family and other collateral contacts to ensure quality, client

centered services.
