Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring for infusion therapies. They also supervise pharmacy staff and coordinate care with nursing, intake, and reimbursement teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph. degree with active state licensure. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a specialty home infusion or hospital IV room setting is required.
