Join Brown Medicine as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner – Per Diem in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of diagnostic data related to wound care.

• Maintains a working environment knowledge of pertinent reimbursement and documentation issues.

• Assure compliance with standards set by regulatory, and accreditation agencies.

Requirements

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing bachelor’s degree in nursing.

• Certified Wound Nurse ANCC approved, preferred by American Board of Wound Management certification, Certified Wound Specialist (CWS), Wound Care Consultant (WCC), Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (WOCN).

• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients with consideration of the aging process, human development stages and cultural patterns in each step of the care process.

• EXPERIENCE:; Minimum of two years of experience in an acute health care setting, ambulatory or surgical services and /or in the hospital setting.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $61.30 - $77.78/hour.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• On-site position.
