The Nurse Practitioner delivers holistic, evidence-based care through a remote platform, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients aged 18 months and older. They also provide patient counseling on health maintenance, STI prevention, and contraceptive care while documenting all encounters in the Epic EHR system.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee and possess at least two years of medically-relevant experience. A Master’s degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification is required.
