Role Overview

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Chief CRNA – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to lead and support the team at The University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD. This is a full-time, W2 employee opportunity with generous compensation, excellent benefits and leadership growth. This is a small practice with a great anesthesia team who work in a collaborative care-team model. This facility serves a diverse patient population with the primary case mix of general surgery, orthopedics, OB, GI, and healthy pediatrics. Offering flexible shifts with 1:6 call rotation. The Town of La Plata is located in Southern Maryland about 30 miles southeast of Washington, DC, 60 miles south of Baltimore, 45 miles southwest of Annapolis, and 80 miles north of Richmond, Va. It serves as the county seat for the Charles County Government and was originally founded in the 1870's as the Pennsylvania Railroad was granted a right of way to build its tracks and station. The Town of La Plata was incorporated on April 4, 1888.
