This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time or part-time within Monday - Friday
• Provide medical director services and round on patients
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• No nights or weekends
• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Chicago and Harvey, Illinois

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois state license as a psychiatrist
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• Open to new grads
• Experience with inpatient hospital work as a psychiatrist a plus
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
