Key Responsibilities

• Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview, and examination.

• Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies.

• May be required to perform preventative health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and care.

• Provides direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority or referral to other healthcare providers or community resources.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse. Eligible to practice nursing in the State of Kentucky required upon hire AND APRN

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky required upon hire AND APRN

• National certification from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) required upon hire OR APRN

• National certification from American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACCN) required upon hire OR APRN

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
