ED Crisis Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) - Acute ED (Per Diem)

Key Responsibilities

The clinician conducts emergency psychiatric assessments and provides direct crisis intervention services within an acute hospital setting. They coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and community providers to ensure effective patient disposition and treatment planning.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy and possess a current Connecticut license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC). A minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric setting, preferably in an emergency department or crisis role, is required.
