Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker performs psychosocial assessments of patients and families to develop and implement effective care interventions. They also provide supportive counseling and psychoeducation while collaborating with the interdisciplinary group to meet patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential. The role requires a commitment to professional hospice care standards and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
