- Hospital/Clinic Address: 2130 W Sycamore St #140, Kokomo, IN 46901
- PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday
- Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation Speech Language Pathologist
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I. e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
Qualifications & Pay Range
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Basic Life Support certification
Compensation
Pay Range: $50/hr. (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
