Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist ( PT/DPT)
Location: 2211 Executive Dr., Hampton, VA (Outpatient Clinic)

Essential Responsibilities
Complete pediatric physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable functional goals.
Provide evidence-based interventions addressing mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and gross-motor development.
Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and recommendations as needed.
Educate families and caregivers on positioning, mobility, equipment, safety, and home programs.
Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and other care-team members.
Complete timely, accurate, and payer-compliant documentation.
Maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
Active and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapy license.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a pediatric outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
The therapist will conduct pediatric physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional mobility and gross-motor skills. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate families on home programs and equipment safety.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program and possess an active, unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapy license. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a pediatric outpatient setting are required.
