Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will serve as an expert in transplant pharmacotherapy, leading interdisciplinary rounds and managing immunosuppressive therapy for heart and lung transplant patients. They are also responsible for conducting practice-related research, quality improvement initiatives, and providing education to patients, residents, and healthcare staff.

Requirements

Candidates must be eligible for pharmacy licensure in Massachusetts and possess postgraduate residency or fellowship training. Board certification in the relevant specialty is preferred, and the role requires strong clinical knowledge in transplant pharmacy and patient-centered care.
