Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant looking for a new opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives? We are seeking a PTA to join our home health team, bringing expert care directly to patients where they are most comfortable-at home.

Providing physical therapy treatments under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
Assisting patients with exercises, therapeutic activities, and mobility strategies designed to improve strength, function, and independence.
- Tracking and documenting patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary in collaboration with the PT.
- Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
- Traveling to patients' homes within a defined area.
