LOCATION: Pacific Cancer Care - 15400 National Ave., Suite 100, Los Gatos 95032
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 -Hour Shifts
*No Weekends or On-Call required
SALARY RANGE: $75.00–$95.00/hour, commensurate with experience
*SIGN ON BONUS: $7,500

Opportunity Overview
Join us at a pivotal time as Pacific Cancer Care expands its services and
establishes a dedicated Radiation Oncology program in Los Gatos, CA. This is a
unique opportunity for motivated Radiation Therapists to bring their expertise
to a community-based practice focused on growth, patient access, and
comprehensive care. As a valued member of our compassionate and collaborative
Oncology team, you will help shape workflows, contribute to best practices, and
deliver high-quality radiation therapy that supports patient-centered care.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Deliver daily external beam Radiation Therapy treatments accurately,
- Accurately enter, verify, and maintain patient treatment parameters in the EMR
- Maintain daily treatment records, following established protocols and
- Perform treatment setup, patient positioning, and verification using
- Accurately interpret computerized treatment plans
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and adhere to established radiation safety
- Participate in quality control activities and the department’s Continuous

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program – Required
- ARRT (RT)(T) certification, current and in good standing – Required
- California Radiologic Health Branch (RHB) RHTT or RHA Certificate – Required
- BLS certification – Required
- Experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with Varian Linear Accelerators and special treatment procedures
- Familiarity with ARIA and Eclipse
- Familiarity with ACR accreditation standards and regulatory compliance
- Flexibility and willingness to support department growth through technological

Deliver accurate external beam radiation therapy treatments according to prescriptions and maintain precise patient treatment records in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians and physicists to ensure safe equipment operation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
