Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Shift: Full-time, Days, Monday - Friday, for 80 hours per pay period. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans within a home care setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and caregivers on safety and therapeutic exercises.
Requirements
Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and at least one year of relevant experience. Must hold a valid Iowa Physical Therapist license and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
