  • Provides short term targeted psychotherapy for problems identified by primary care providers

Requirements

  • Documents legible and legally defensible medical records Qualifications Education/Experience
  • Doctorate degree in psychology with a valid CA Psychology License, or
  • Master’s degree in social work with a valid CA LCSW License, or
  • Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy with a valid CA LMFT License, or
