Key Responsibilities

• Utilizes Targeted Enrollment List (TEL) to make outreach with patients in need of care

• Serves as an alternative reviewer of Complex Behavioral Health cases that require a Systematic Case Review and reviews Comprehensive Health Assessments (CHA) as required by managed care plan

• Utilizes brief behavioral health therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ ability to manage their own health

• Handles brief crisis interventions and makes warm hand

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skills

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

• Ability to use computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, scanning, printing, faxing, and data entry

• Knowledge about and experience using medical terminology

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $104K - $156K

• 14 days PTO.

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• Day shift only - no nights.
