* 50% of production

Qualifications

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endodontics

* Endodontic Residency Certificate required

* Graduate from an accredited dental school

* Current Washington State Dental License (or ability to obtain prior to

employment)

* Current CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications

* Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
