Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Lakewood, CO | Surrounding Areas
Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400
Sign On Bonus: $6,000

We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping children build independence, improve daily functioning, and reach their full potential—all while growing personally and professionally within a supportive, mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Document care in an electronic medical record system
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required:
Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Colorado)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR certification
Preferred:
1+ year of pediatric experience
Home health experience
