Key Responsibilities

The Pediatric BCBA leads the development and oversight of individualized ABA services, including conducting assessments and creating evidence-based treatment plans. They also provide clinical supervision to RBTs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and active Virginia licensure are required.
