The technician performs radiologic imaging and laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy and biological analyses, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. They are also responsible for maintaining radiology equipment, managing inventory, and documenting patient information in medical records.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a high school diploma and an associate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related science field. Professional certification such as AART, MT (ASCP), or MLT (ASCP) is required, with one year of clinical experience preferred.
