Key Responsibilities
The Music Therapist will provide music-based interventions to address the emotional, psychological, and physical needs of hospice patients. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and maintain detailed documentation in the EMR system.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music Therapy and possess an active Licensed Music Therapist (LPMT) certification in Ohio. The role requires the ability to travel to various patient locations and strong interpersonal skills for family and patient support.
