Key Responsibilities
The Youth Justice Therapist provides intensive assessment and therapeutic services to incarcerated youth within an ODYS correctional facility. They collaborate with court officials and facility staff to develop treatment goals, facilitate therapy sessions, and prepare discharge recommendations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a Master’s degree preferred. A valid Ohio LISW, LPCC, or IMFT license is required for full-time positions.
