Who we're looking for: Forge Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience treating clients with substance use disorders as well as general psychiatric disorders. This position sits in our West Deptford and/or our Princeton facilities, and reports into our Chief Medical Officer. Please note, this position is part time (up to 20 hours/week), and the typical compensation range is $75-95/hr, depending on experience. What you'll be doing: Provide psychiatric care, including admission evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals for general psychiatry as well as substance use disorder specifically. Provide consultation to non-prescribing mental health staff and medical staff about diagnosis, treatment and/or the need for psychiatric medication Participate in team meetings with the treatment staff Regularly participates in the creation of individual treatment plans for patients, and reviews plans already in place Document all activities in the electronic medical record in a timely, concise, and clear manner How we define success: 2+ years experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license in NJ, and a current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Must possess a current DEA number Why Forge? Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations and treatment planning for general psychiatry and substance use disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document all clinical activities in the electronic medical record.

Requirements

Requires a valid NJ Nurse Practitioner license, ANCC certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and a current DEA number. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the field.
